9x13-inch tart pan (or something similar--IF your pie crust doesn't come in a pan)
Oven
A Tart of Nuts
one frozen pie crust, thawed before start of demo
1/4 cup maple syrup (grade B is fine)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups unsalted, toasted nuts (I'll be using hazelnuts, peanuts, and almonds)
1/2 teaspoon salt
