Salmon and Chard with Rice (serves 4)
1 cup brown rice
2 cups water
6 cloves of garlic
~10 thyme sprigs
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 four-ounce salmon fillets
2 bunches of Swiss chard
2/3 cup white wine or low sodium chicken stock
salt and pepper
