Skewers
Grill or grill pan and stove
Tongs
Measuring cups/spoons
Bowl for marinade
Knife/Cutting Board
Steak Marinade
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon dried basil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
Kabobs (customize veggies and protein to your liking)
1 pound thick-cut ribeye (or similar)
1 onion
1 pineapple (or 2 zucchini or yellow squash)
1 pint small tomatoes (grape, cherry, snacking, etc.)
8 ounces baby bella (crimini) mushrooms
1 bell pepper
salt and pepper
Hot sauce to serve
