Tuna Salad
2 tablespoons olive oil
15 ounces chickpeas, canned, low-sodium
6 cups salad greens
3 large carrots
5 small red radishes or 2 watermelon radishes
12 ounces of tuna steaks, thawed
Salt and pepper
Salad Dressing
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons garlic paste
2 tablespoons lemon juice (one lemon)
1 tablespoon tahini paste
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
salt
