Beets & Sweets with Roasted Flounder

Equipment

• Measuring cups and spoons

• Baking sheet & oven

• Cutting board & knife

• Large pan

Beets & Sweets

• 3 large beets

• 2 large sweet potatoes

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• pinch salt

Flounder

• 1.5 pound flounder filets

• 1 lemon

• 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

• 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

• pinch salt

• white pepper (optional)
