Moroccan Herb Jam on Thin-Sliced Cheese Toast
1 bunch Swiss chard
1/2 lb herbs (I'll be using 1 bunch parsley, 1 bunch cilantro, 1 bunch dill, a few leaves of other herbs like sage, rosemary, thyme, and mint)
1 cup water
8 large cloves of garlic
2 jalapeños
salt and pepper
3/4 tablespoon ground cumin
1/4 cup kalamata olives
1 lemon
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon ground coriander
low-fat cheese (I'll use feta) and thin-sliced whole grain bread, toasted
