1 quart low-sodium or no salt added chicken stock
2 pounds chicken pieces
1 teaspoon dried thyme

2 cups flour
1.5 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
