1 pound ground turkey
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon garlic paste
28-ounce can of no-salt-added tomatoes (crushed, diced, etc.)
2, 6-ounce cans tomato paste + 1/2 cup water
1/2 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 head of broccoli
4 cups baby spinach leaves
pinch salt
Cheese & Noodles
1 pound lasagna noodles
15 ounces part-skim ricotta
1 egg
1/2 cup Parmesan
1 cup low-fat mozzarella, shredded
