15 ounces canned tomato
4 ounces roasted red pepper from a jar
2 cups broth (vegetable or chicken)
1 teaspoon dried thyme
pinch saffron or ½ teaspoon turmeric
1 pound frozen shrimp, thawed
1 cup each of vegetables of choice, like
frozen peas
string beans
eggplant
carrot
OPTIONAL: 8 ounces canned crab claw meat
lemon, to serve
